Leading through questions

Open Trainings

In our open trainings, we work with participants from many different companies and industries who would like to develop in the areas of management and sales. In groups of a maximum of twelve participants we work on content which you can implement easily in your everyday work and your regular business processes.

Our training approach is based on “leading through questions”, and helps you develop your own solutions on the basis of your own experience and thoughts.

To make sure that you can integrate these solutions quickly into your daily work and reflect upon your experiences in the group and with your trainer, we have designed a sequential training, which means that each of the five training days is followed by a practical phase of about four weeks’ duration, so that you can implement what you have learned and work with your insights.

In our coaching sessions, we work on individual situations and special issues which cannot be analysed or resolved as part of the internal training sessions.

These topics might be product- or project-specific or relate to potential, so that we find individual and targeted solutions in our “consultation hours” with one to a maximum of three participants.

Developing the enterprise model

Together with the companies, we develop individualised enterprise models which outline the corporate vision and mission, as well as the company’s structure and target corporate culture.

As a first step, we focus on the vision. We define the vision by summarising the company’s raison d’être, its self-image and its purpose and asking ourselves why our company is active in its markets. This inward-focused vision then serves as the basis for future decision-making processes and the ensuing steps.

Once the vision has been defined, the focus is on the mission, which relates to the medium- and long-term corporate objectives in its markets. The mission helps the company position itself and its objectives vis-à-vis its customers, employees and shareholders. The mission is used to derive precise long-term, medium-term and short-term objectives and define responsibilities for employees and managers in the context of achieving the company’s strategic goals. The corporate strategy is determined by the future situation in the markets. In order to implement their strategy, companies will use their structure as a guideline. As markets are evolving increasingly quickly, many companies are having to adapt their strategies and structures more and more frequently in a proactive manner.

In times of change and changed structures, corporate employees tend to look for security within their organisation, which they can find in the corporate culture. We will support you in defining and formulating helpful values for your corporate culture, so that your employees can find orientation and a sense of security in its basic values. To develop the strategic skills your company requires, we will define target profiles and development programmes on the basis of the defined culture and the responsibilities derived from the strategy.

The primary goal in developing an enterprise model is ensuring success and fostering motivation among everyone involved, even in an ever-changing strategic and structural environment.
